Customer Reviews

Overall Rating: 4.85 / 5

  • The overall move process was good. The quote was accurate. I did have a couple of pieces of furniture that was scratched.
  • Watching the work myself. Some of the workers were good like Lemont Williams because he was extra careful, and showed concern when packing and helping out.
  • I was very satisfied with the move. Everybody was professional, nice, did a good job and easy to deal with.
  • Ron and Pete was with me and delivered to me. They were good people. He wasn't sure if he was able to move around the storage bin that I had rented. He accommodated me to a shorter truck.
  • The fact that the crew was 3 hours late to load the truck. They didn't contact us and we had to call them after two hours. They didn't show up for another hour and it was completely unprofessional.
