Overall Rating: 5 / 5
The estimates I received and the agents I worked with. The move was very smooth. The loading crew was a day early. I would like to give the boxes back to Allied so they can be recycled.
The local loaders didn't work as a team with the driver. The driver was awesome, the unloaders were great and they went above and beyond. The initial local loading crew was unprofessional. The local loading tm had a dispute with the driver b/c the driver was sticking to the book and it almost got physical. The local loading tm was unprofessional.
The customer service. They did everything they promised they would do. The communication was well and it went off without a hitch.
