I've used Allied before and I was pleased with that move. Everyone was courteous and I've had no problems so far. The delivery hasn't occurred yet but they're scheduled to arrive within the next hour.

Teresa R  of  Federal Way, WA 5 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

I haven't gotten my second load. I also haven't heard from the dispatchers concerning my second load. The driver of the first load was very nice and I liked her.

Dean/Alicia N  of  Seattle, WA 4.7 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

The driver was a gentleman. He was very professional he did a great job. They loaded 3 days later. I don't think it was the driver's fault. I think it was a miscommunication. The coordinator was great.

Janet G  of  Bellevue, WA 4.6 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

The entire experience. This wasn't my first move. Everything ran very smoothly, and everyone did what they promised they'd do. I was very impressed.

Gudrun F  of  Issaquah, WA 5 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

I am really happy. Allied did a follow up with me. I am quite satisfied. I am not happy with the loading.

Monika A  of  Bellevue, WA 4.2 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

They answered a lot of my questions and did a non binding estimate. Just the fact that I knew they were big enough where I would get an affiliated driver and not just anyone. They did a shuttle thing and I didn't want a shuttle so some items did not arrive. It seemed like the driver glossed over the mismatch of the numbers and disregarded the missing items.

Karen B  of  Spokane, WA 4.5 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

The customer service was great. I liked the follow up I got from the rep in Seattle. The rep was very reachable and I was happy with the price.

Laura N  of  Seattle, WA 4.1 Rating:

Allied Van Lines

I gave them a ten because we have moved a couple of times, the guys were great, the over all move was easy, and they finished quickly. I want to say they came early and finished the job early. The only problem was getting in and out, it was more of a issue because of the way our apartment is made.
