Furniture is not made to be transported, which is why we recommend that you always consider the added precaution of transit insurance. We offer a number of different insurance options so make sure you ask your personal consultant about what insurance options are best suited to your needs.

Vehicle Transport
If you cannot bear to leave your beloved car behind in Australia, then Allied can organise transport for your vehicle.
Hong Kong has strict rules and regulations when it comes to importing cars. There are strict rules regarding emissions and noise pollution when it comes to owning a vehicle, so it is important to check that your car complies with their national standards.
Once you have imported your car you must be able to provide a letter which confirms your vehicles compliance as well as to present it for examination at the To Kwa Wan Vehicle Examination Centre.
Pet Transport
Hong Kong also has strict rules and regulations when it comes to bringing pets into the country.
Before bringing a dog, cat or ferret into Hong Kong you should first obtain a special permit from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.
Hong Kong also has many different rules about pets that are brought in from Australia. In Hong Kong it is illegal to own a dog that is over 5 months old without a licence.
