Allied staff picked up a spade and provided it’s community BBQ trailer for the launch of the Mermaid Waters Multicultural Garden in Crocker Park on the Gold Coast.
The Mermaid Waters Multicultural Garden is a non-profit organisation who are dedicated to creating a friendly, vibrant, and healthy community place by building edible gardens across the Gold Coast region. The group launch which ran in conjunction with Council's “Neighbour Day” were able to use the Allied BBQ trailer to feed the local community and also to help raise vital funds required.
