Overall we had a great experience. The driver and his crew were very good. From start to finish all was good.
My stuff reached the destination unbroken, and the coordinator was easy to work with. The driver arrived on time only after being forced to do so.
I know my move will get done and that everyone will try their hardest, however, sometimes things do happen. The crews were great, however, I didn't like the fact that I was told I couldn't get my stuff del and unpacked on that day. There was some miscommunication with the del of my move. The coordinator seemed mad because I wanted my del and unpacking done on the same day.
Everything was good except the pick up being late. The driver and crew was several hours late on loading day.
The follow up & all the 4 crews I dealt w/. The packing & loading. The calls from the office & all the ppl from Allied that contacted me were professional & polite. There was a lot of calls & follow ups from Allied & that was much appreciated.
The overall job they did influenced my rating. The women in the office were wonderful. If I had to move, I'd have them again. I don't recall if the local agent or driver/crew did most of the packing. The driver and crew who delivered was good.
It was overall a good mood. The driver was give the wrong pick up address so it put my travels a day behind schedule. I couldn't leave town when I wanted to.
They did everything they said they would do. The crew was fast, pleasant to work with. The driver was great and they were all great people to work with. We had two destination deliveries. We had a condo and an office/storage space. The smaller portion of the load went to the condo first. The main issue is that it was not all going to the same place.
The communication was good. The packers were also very nice. I have moved before so I have some experience w/this process and this experience was a good one.
I really connected and appreciated the owner of the Local agent team. Their deductibles were very helpful.
I had alternative quotes that were cheaper, but I had to do this from a distance and I had to rely largely on the initial phone contact I had. I was very impressed with the staff. The delivery dates changed: it happened a little faster than envisioned. We were notified properly of the change in time/date.
