The coordinator followed up with me and kept me informed about everything.The driver was excellent. Everyone was very professional. My rating was influenced by the driver doing the loading and unloading. It was also easy to communicate and deal with him. The courtesy and helpfulness of the crew, The driver and crew had to face severe weather problems and were very creative in figuring out how to dealwith the situation. The customer service. The crews were very good to deal with and made sure the move went as smoothly as possible. The driver did a really good job. I was surprised there was only one person, there but the driver was awesome. All personnel we dealt with. From the rep who first visited, she helped us pick out boxes. The driver and crew who picked up and the same driver and the crew who delivered seemed concerned. The extreme care showm by Allied throughout the move. I was very pleased with everything about the move. There were some damaged items, I feel got that way from transporting my items, a floor lamp, an end table, and a hope chest. The timeliness and the delivery as scheduled. Some damaged items. We moved 2 years ago with a different company and was very dissatisfied. I was very satisfied with the overall move we had with Allied, especially in comparison. I was satisfied with the cooperation and attitude of the people I was dealing with, the movers were super and kept up the sense of humor despite the hard work that was being done.
