Allied was recommend to me and I feel good with recommending them to someone else. The loaders and unloaders were nice and did a good job. The communication between the driver and Allied was not good. Everything was great, during the transfer two off my boxes were broke and the lid was cracked. They treated our stuff very poorly. I really like the general move experience. I was just satisfied with the professionalism of the crew and, I was also just satisfied with my entire move. My husband works for Exxon Mobile and they did everything. I really appreciate the driver who waited 5 hours for me without any breakfast or lunch. I brought the driver lunch. I was overall pleased with the way Allied handled everything. The driver and crew were professional in their attitude and we were consulted in every action performed by the staff. I've dealt with other delivery companies and none was as professional as Allied. Allied showed up on time delivered on time and things were in the good condition and nothing was lost. The loaders and packers were very careful. They showed up when they were suppose to. They started to rush at the end. I would use the same crew again. The crew was really nice and the driver gave us some good info. The driver was good with figuring out the weight and very knowledgeable. The delivery team did an excellent job during the delivery process and I enjoyed the service from the company. It was a little confusion during the del about the billing. I got my items very fast. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
