I thought I was going to have a nightmare, but Allied was prompt, on time,courteous and friendly. They wrapped my furniture really nicely. The driver was the same on both ends & they could''t have been more professional or hard working. They were just amazing & the crews they picked were amazing as well. It was an overall good experience, but there was a bit of damage done to my clock. The driver called me the day he was arriving, a week earlier. I felt the driver was thoroughly efficient. I was in correspondence from the time my items were picked-up at my mother's through the time the driver was on the road and the day of the delivery. My rating was influenced because of the coordinators meeting my needs and the driver being professional. There was good communication and the crew was careful with my items. The team was courteous and they did not break anything. They asked mewhere did I want everything which I thought was very nice. 20050928 The whole process was good. The estimate, the move coordinator, the people who showed up to pack as well as the unloaders, were all excellent. The delivery team did an excellent job during the delivery process and I enjoyed the service from the company. Everything was just great] The crew came 10 minutes before time, and did what they were suppose to do. Allied was accurate with their scheduling & they showed a great deal of respect for our belongings. It appears that nothing is broken.
