The del tm was nice. Everything happened like it was supposed to. Thedriver called the day before and a half hour before reaching my house. Nothingwas damaged. 0 The overall move was done well. There were no broken items and things were put where I wanted them. My things were picked up and delivered when Allied said they would be. The quality of the service has always been good. I was pleased with the continued contact of the representative. We were satisfied from the salesman who answered all our questions to the delivery men who were very quick and efficient. The slsprsn was extremely helpful. The driver was an extremely big communicator. The driver stayed in contact with me. The delivery team took careof my furniture. The lady that I dealt with was very helpful in getting the price I needed, picking it up, and delivering it where I wanted it. Everything went smooth. The professionalism from the 1st time the agent walked through the door to give me a ball park figure about the cost to move. Allied worried about things as much we did. There were no surprises.The crew was careful and friendly. The communication was outstanding. They called every chance they got just let us know that everything was ok. The driver was amazing, 1 of those people that go above and beyond the call of duty. The professionalism of the driver who was involved with the move.
