The overall move was done well. There were no broken items and things were put where I wanted them. My things were picked up and delivered when Allied said they would be. The delive crew asked to use our step ladder, which we lent them but the ladderwas left in the truck. We would like to be contacted about what to do about getting the ladder back or being reimbursed. The pick-up and delivery was The price, the way the crew took care of our furniture, they were on time, reliable, took their timewrapping all of our furniture, weren't in a hurry and it was all worth it. The del tm came in and got to work. The del tm also were careful not to track mud on my new house and asked where I wanted to have everything placed. The del tm was very professional with the process. The professionalism,correspondance,they kept in touch the whole time,very happy and if I move again I will use Allied. The driver and crew was fantastic. Everything was really nice. The person that expalined the move was great. The overall move was very professional and very well done. We were satisfied from the salesman who answered all our questions to the delivery men who were very quick and efficient. The professionalism from the 1st time the agent walked through the door to give me a ball park figure about the cost to move. The professionalism and friendly attitudes of the entire staff of people I dealt with from estimator to driver and crew. Everyone worked well together and got everything done in a timely manner. The movers were nice, and careful. The movers were willing to place the furniture where I asked.The items looked like they were packed careful.
