The whole process was carrieed out well. None of my fragile items werebroken. My only problem is that I am missing my couch cushions. The communication was good, everyone I dealt with was professional, and they were careful in packing my goods. I couldn't have been happier with the entire move. Everyone made the move easy for me. The crew was very professional and Tom the driver was excellent. Both was very careful and the rep also. Everything just went really smooth, no glitches. Things were promised and the expectations delivered. They did a great job from end to end. No problems at all. They were timely, courteous, and took pride in what they did. The entire experience; from the time I spoke w/ the rep, up until my move was compl, everything was very well done. The overall service. The communication, the delivery and the crew wasas promised. I was extremely pleased. The crew and drivers were very responsive to my qustions,I have never had a crew to load my goods and pack my goods so well I was very happy with themove and the service I received. Every time I called Allied called back immediately. Allied took care of my furniture and there was no damages. The ease of dealing with everyone, fantastic experience, the communication was good and I was very satisfied with the move.
