The move was perfect and nothing went wrong. It wa The level of communication, the delivery crew was very nice and efficient and the driver was very professional and personable. The professionalism and the timeliness. There was a flat communication issue. The driver was not aware the crew had to do a full unpack, which required 1 and 2 days. The driver called the company, and another crew came to finish the job. The professionalism, care and efficiency of the move. This is the second move using this company and so far everything has went good. It was the professionalism of the movers. They stayed in contact with me all the way through the move and really made me feel comfortable. The driver actually repaired some of the furniture and it was perfect and beautiful. I appreciate the fact that there were no hidden costs. Allied was very knowledgeable and was up-front about the costs. The driver let me know their location the whole time. Everybody was careful and there wasn't a lot of damage.
