The professionalism and the timeliness. There was a flat communication issue. The driver was not aware the crew had to do a full unpack, which required 1 and 2 days. The driver called the company, and another crew came to finish the job. The driver was very helpful and personable. I was very satisfied with the driver. The driver was the only person that was present during the time of unloading and the loading process. The driver's helper never showed up for the unloading and loading proce It was the professionalism of the movers. They stayed in contact with me all the way through the move and really made me feel comfortable. The overall service influenced my rating. I appreciate the fact that there were no hidden costs. Allied was very knowledgeable and was up-front about the costs. I was only dissatisfied with the unloaders not cleaning up and takingthe boxes away after the unloading process. The professionalism, care and efficiency of the move. This is the second move using this company and so far everything has went good. My rating was influenced by the driver, which was a nice person w/ a nice personality. They showed a lot of concern. The driver and the sales person are excellent at their jobs. They both were very warm, nice, and friendly. The crew's timeliness, care during packaging and unloading. The crew was very professional, nice and courteous. We were pleasantly surprised our goods arrived 3 days earlier than promised. The overall experience. The price was very resonable. The coordinator told me to go online and check out other movers to see if they were reputable.
