Brian the head mover and the crew worked their tails off. They didn't complain and they were professional and courteous. The overall experience was good. The packers were late. The packers was supposed to arrive at 8 am but didn't show up until 2 pm. I had to call to find out where the packers were. The packers had to come back the next day to finish. They were on time. They got everything done on time. They delivered the next day. They were helpful and courteous. I thought that the delivery team were careful , efficient, and professional. The only problem I had were there were marks on the wall from thedelivery. There was a little problem with the settlement. The crew did a excellent job and it was a pleasure to work with the crew. The sales rep had a computerthat printed out the documents right there. The del tm on the truck was excell The service was great, and the team was very professional. The driver called me atleast eight times to confirm where he was at, and kept me informed. The overall move process. Everyone was nice and considerate of my situation. I was calling from out of state to move from state to state and AVL helped me with it. The people were excellent from Wisconsin. The people from Maryland were not too good and the guys from Allied tried to jack the driver for labor money. The crew was very nice, really great and very conscientious. The driver was the best I've ever had move my things. The overall experience, from the quote that I was given to the drivers andcrew who loaded and unloaded. Everyone seemed like they cared.
