The driver and crew brought in my furniture without any scratches or breaks. I was very comfortable with the customer service rep I spoke with. The driver and crew was very punctual. The overall move process. Everyone was nice and considerate of my situation. I was calling from out of state to move from state to state and AVL helped me with it. The driver was very polite, very kind, very gentle, very respectful of my wooden floors and wouldn't let us assist him at all. He was an excellentrepresentative of Allied Van Lines. The response to every need I requested was excellent and the driver and crew even arrived early and was just very flexible. I was very impressed with the way the crew handled my items. Allied is a family business with a good reputation. I company was very accommodating. I had short notice that I had to move and the company got a truck to come out in three days. The driver was fantastic I could not have asked for a better person. The driver was quick but careful. The crew was friendly, careful, and pleasant. The crew had great personalities, and never complained even though it was a very difficult move. The crew handled everything from beginning to end very professionally and communicated with me about everything. The overall experience was excellent. Everything was on time, coordinated and delivered out of state on time. I am pleased.
