Allied was willing to work with me and took care of my special needs. The communication was very good. The crew was very careful and professional. The estimator was very accurate on the quote and the drivers were very clean and careful. I called another moving company and they misled me but Allied was very professional, polite and communicated well. My rating was influenced because the driver and local agent were outstanding. The Fox and Ginn, that was associated with Allied, were remarkable. I was absolutely surprised at the level of service. The experience was positive from beginning to end. Allied was recommended to us by our Mortgage broker. The experience from the initial contact until the move was completed was excellent. They did a good job.They were very friendly and took care of everything.They didn't complain on how we packed things. The prompt service and the type of service deals I was offered, also the delivery team was very helpful throughout the entire delivery. I didn't have any great damage done to my goods and I always had a contact number for Allied. The people were also polite. The driver did all the work by himself. The driver loaded and unloaded, called ahead of time, and arrived early. The driver did a good job. The customer service aspect was great. Lisa Gonzalez spoke to the dispatch and the driver. I can't say enough bout Lisa. Lisa got everything set up for me and really went above and beyond.
