Allied was willing to work with me and took care of my special needs. The communication was very good. They did a good job.They were very friendly and took care of everything.They didn't complain on how we packed things. Me and my friends have used them before and they are always accommodating. The crew went above and beyond. The crew was very nice especially to my dad who is 80 yrs old. I didn't have any great damage done to my goods and I always had a contact number for Allied. The people were also polite. My rating was influenced because the driver and local agent were outstanding. The Fox and Ginn, that was associated with Allied, were remarkable. I was absolutely surprised at the level of service. The customer service aspect was great. Lisa Gonzalez spoke to the dispatch and the driver. I can't say enough bout Lisa. Lisa got everything set up for me and really went above and beyond. The move was very short notice and given that, the local representative went beyond his means to satisfy the time frame I had to work with. The prompt service and the type of service deals I was offered, also the delivery team was very helpful throughout the entire delivery. I didn't have any problems. Everything was wonderful. During the move it was raining and the crew was very very careful. They put down padding to make sure they didn't track up the carpet. The crew did a what the crew said they would do. Everything about it was wonderful. I would recommend Allied to anyone. Nothing was broken, the crew was timely.
