It was the first time I had a moving company move my items. Nothing was broken so I was very satisfied with the whole entire experience. The packers did a great job and was very careful, but had too may boxes. Iam going to call someone to carry off the boxes. There should be a box recycling service. There was some overkill. My rating was influenced by the rep t Everything, from the rep to the driver and his crew they were great. This was my first time using Allied, but I have used Mayflower and you guys win, hands down. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They communicated well and with the exception of my dryer, everything arrived in good shape. Everything was on time. Everything was exactly as said. The movers were friendly, courteous and did a good job. Everyone that I dealt with from the first day to the last was wonderful, very cautious, took time to explain. My valuable antiques were taken care of. I will use Allied in the next few years. There was nothing I was dissatisfied with. I haven't gone over everything but I'm not worried about that. I think the delivery team did a good job with packing and wrapping my goods. They were excellent. They were absolutely fabulous. They had me packed in almost 1 day & were a half day ahead of schedule. It went very, very well & I was especially pleased with the driver. The crew was dependable and everything was in tact. The loading crew as well as the delivery team was nice. Everybody from start to finish was wonderful and did a fantastic job. I have moved a lot of times and everybody here was awesome; they were well organized. The company did a great job.
