Because of their promptness, their friendliness, politeness, and everything was done the way I liked. We had the easiest experience with the service. Everyone was on time, the team called use continuously and was done early. I have recommended the company to my sister-in-law. My husband and I moved across country twice. The first time was horrible. Compared to that move Allied was head over shoulders. Allied did a very professional job. Allied looked out for my parents. They were very helpful, however, I had some packages that were improperly packed. Some of my items were damaged. The crew and driver made me feel comfortable enough to leave them in my house a lone. Allied called to follow through I with what I needed with scheduling, crating, and high value products. The crew and driver were cordial, profe Allied delivered, moved and unpacked my goods. Allied followed up to see if Allied could do anything else to help me. Allied was very courteous and polite. The driver was very nice and friendly. The rep who came and talked to us was very nice and explained everything. The quality and professionalism of the people. Everybody, from the estimator to the driver was very helpful and caring. They went out of their way to make sure that the move went well. I've used Allied four times. They're always courteous and prompt. The packing they did on everything was fantastic. Everything was in plastic and wrapped. This was the best packing I've ever seen. The driver name was Rich, this is the second time that the driver has move me. The driver was and outstanding person and the driver did everything hewas suppose to do. The driver was great.
