The driver name was Rich, this is the second time that the driver has move me. The driver was and outstanding person and the driver did everything hewas suppose to do. The driver was great. I didn't have any complaints about anything. Everything was on time and the crew was great, very professional and courteous. The moving guys were very personable. It was a small move, so it was the same crew that packed and loaded. They were very good. The people involved particularly the driver, was great. The driver made sure everything was taken care of and had a great attitude. Allied delivered, moved and unpacked my goods. Allied followed up to see if Allied could do anything else to help me. Allied was very courteous and polite. The crew and driver made me feel comfortable enough to leave them in my house a lone. Allied called to follow through I with what I needed with scheduling, crating, and high value products. The crew and driver were cordial, profe I had used Allied b/f and used them again to move back. They did excellent last year and even better this year, they were wonderful. The overall move process. There was damage to one piece of furniture and i'm still waiting on a resolution. The driver and crew handled my furniture carefully,especially the organ which is what I was most concerned with. The professional manner in which everything was packed and the care that was taken throughout the whole move.
