The thoroughness of everything. They talked to me and was very careful. They put coverings down and on the banisters. They were very conscientious on both ends. I have always recv good srvc. I am a military family and Allied Van lines has moved me all over the country,. Allied Van Lines moved my son in the summertime and that move went well, so that's why I called this time and this move was even better. Everything was done as promised, the movers were extremely careful and everything arrived just fine. I was told that we would receive a rebate because we paid more than we should have due to the weight of our items. I have used Allied Van Lines in the past. I find that of the Allied Van Lines across the United States are the same. The crew was nice & careful with my goods.They arrived on time and the price was better than the competitor. The crew that did the unloading made sure everything was unloaded correctly, placed properly and it was excellent srvc. The delivery cost less than any other company. The team packed up everything without me being there and my wife and young daughter felt safe. I was very leery about hiring any moving company but the representative at Allied made me confident that this would be the right companyto go. I am very happy with the outcome. From start to finish, everyone was very professional. With questions they were there to answer them. Everything, from start to finish wasvery good and they were on time.
