I was very leery about hiring any moving company but the representative at Allied made me confident that this would be the right companyto go. I am very happy with the outcome. Allied Van Lines moved my son in the summertime and that move went well, so that's why I called this time and this move was even better. The crew that did the unloading made sure everything was unloaded correctly, placed properly and it was excellent srvc. The overall move and communication. I had a last minute change and everyone was professional and worked through it. I have always recv good srvc. I am a military family and Allied Van lines has moved me all over the country,. Everything was done as promised, the movers were extremely careful and everything arrived just fine. I was told that we would receive a rebate because we paid more than we should have due to the weight of our items. The efficiency and the company kept their promises. I am requesting abill for the credit card charge of the weight of my items. The service of the crew and driver was phenomenal. They kept in touch with us all the way across the country, letting us know about bad weather. We were impressed with the entire process. The first person was a smoker. The driver was considerate, professional, confident, and nice. The representative was helpful as welll. The crew was nice & careful with my goods.They arrived on time and the price was better than the competitor.
