The thoroughness of everything. They talked to me and was very careful. They put coverings down and on the banisters. They were very conscientious on both ends. I have used Allied Van Lines in the past. I find that of the Allied Van Lines across the United States are the same. From start to finish, everyone was very professional. With questions they were there to answer them. Everything, from start to finish wasvery good and they were on time. The driver and how well they worked with me. On the delivery they held on to my stuff for 2 days so that it could be moved into my home and not in to storage. There was a glitch as to who was to uncrate me. To the best knowledge, Allied contracted somebody to put glass in wooden crates. The same subcontractor was supposed to call another one to uncrate us. The sales rep, Jesse, and the The efficiency and the company kept their promises. I am requesting abill for the credit card charge of the weight of my items. The crew that did the unloading made sure everything was unloaded correctly, placed properly and it was excellent srvc. The overall move with the packers and drivers who were very professional and if anyone is contemplating using Allied it is a good choice. The way the driver and crew was able to take care of things. The people were available to do what was necessary. Everything in general all the way down, the whole move. Karen who set up the move was perfect. Everything was explained to me.
