The way Allied did the whole process. The way the driver, loaders and unloaders cared about my stuff, was on time, courteous and nice. Everything went smoothly. Communication was good, the tm came when they were supposed to, nothing was damaged, the special request was handled efficiently and the driver moving the car was flexible. The crew and driver were very professional and peronable. Everyone seemed to care about the customers. The whole experience, from the sales rep to the crew, was so excellent. I was treated like a lady and a human being. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and so far everything arrived in one piece. I moved my items from one storage to another storage. The driver left a tool box at our home and I would like a call regarding this issue so I can return t The driver and the loading team was kind and polite. The driver kept good communication with me. I was promised the del at a certain time but I'm glad the driver arrived a day early. The reps also did agood job. The delivery crew did everything they were suppose to do in a timely manner. Nothing went wrong with my delivery. The delivery crew did a great job. The crew who packed the goods was very polite,& professional. The person who received the goods has a prob because some of the goods arrived broken. I was impressed with how the movers handled our furniture. The movers were professional and nice. The movers were willing to put our furniture where we wanted.
