The professionalism of the crew and how nice they were. They took a stressful process and made it easier. The overall experience. The communication and unloading was outstanding, the follow up call, the driver was polite, on time, neat, clean, careful and professional. Also the rep, the call ahead. When they del team came to pickup my things I did not receive a call to let me know the del team was coming and I was at work. The del team also left a few items in the kitchen that will be sent UPS. The moving crew was excellent. I live on the fourth floor and there aren't any elevators. The crew didn't complain & were very professional. I think Allied is absolutely fantastic. The guys on the truck were great. The only problem I had is that they didn't take personal checks. They worked very hard. The salesman was just as good. I got the name from an in-law family The general overall group. I had no problem. I had a good overall experience. I would recommend the crew. The driver and crew was great, everyone was easy to work with, the driver was fantastic, gave me a good price and everyone I spoke with over the phone was great. The crew was very dependable, communications were done well, and the goods were picked up and delivered on time. They packed very well and used care loading and unloading and tended to myspecial needs. The worker Juan worked very hard and so did the other workers. The rep that I met with was very honest and really nice. The rep really helped me out. The rep was also really efficient.
