20051003 I was very happy with the employees due to their efficiency, promptness and care for my fragile items. Everybody kept me update on the delivery process and the delivery was made in a timely manner. The delivery men had to wait for a smaller truck because the original truck could not get into the complex. The delivery team did a very good job. I did get good service from everyone involved and I feel that everything was handled promptly although everything is still packed and in the storage unit. Everything was quick, the communication was there and it seemed like the packers packed our things well. We haven't opened everything, but so far so good. I'm very satisfied with the move. The only thing was I didn't receive a call to confirm the time for the unpacking. I already knew the date. Allied was well organized, on time, and were already moving in when we got there. The movers used their ingenuity and knew where to go. The move was excellent. I interviewed 5 other moving companies and I believe that Allied is the best moving company out there. Allied was very professional and handled my goods with kid care. The driver was very good and did an excellent job. The driver finished the packing and did the inventory all in about six or seven hours. The driver and his crew on the second day was awesome. The driver was on top of things, the driver let me know what was going on; delivery times. The driver was just excellent with the communication. I really enjoyed working with Allied, they made sure that we felt very comfortable throughout the move.
