The crew didn't unpack as promised so we better not get charged for that. Everyone involved was respectful and careful with my things. Nobody helped us unpack even though this service was promised. We don't know what to do with I was totally satisfied with the loading along with the unloading, the driver was good and kept in touch. The representative was right there on the day of the move with the driver and I had noticed that there were alot of quilts to protect my furniture. My rating was influenced because I know the owners of the Allied transportation. I have used Allied for the last 10 years. I will always use Allied. The coordination of the move with the home office getting the dates I requested. The unloading crew who was very patient and helpful with a great attitude. The professionalism of the driver who did the loading and unloading. The driver had a great personality and works well with people. The courteous way they treated us. The driver Jerome was very friendly andvery nice. They were here when they said they'd be and they were nice. I was extremely satisfied with everything. The movers were courteous. The move was a wonderful experience. Allied did everything that was expected and they were wonderful, hardworkers, took only two small breaks the whole time. The crew was done faster than we expected. Everything arrive safely. There was one man in charge of the whole truck. Nothing was damaged. I didn't know it was going to be one man unloading my goods.
