The driver did not have good communitive social skils and one of my items was damaged. The driver looked very young which worried me but in the end hedid a good job. The driver did not communicate well and did not talk and was hard to talk to which is due to a lack of personal skills. The sales person did a great job and was spot on.

The care of packing. The packers did not mark the boxes clearly. Some of the boxes had been move before and he just taped them and didn't do what he was supposed to do.

I think it was a competitive price, and the movers were professional. There was a shuttle situation, and they did not get what they needed - it took about a half hour, itwas clearly stated in the contract.
