The driver was very very helpful. He made everything happen. It was very disorganized, but the driver put it all together. The packers were extremely efficient.

When I called Allied I was very pleased. I was very satisfied with the coordinator who came to my home. The driver made me feel comfortable and took good care of my goods. The driver was professional and I was very pleased with him.

It was everything. When I was contacted I was being updated about everything. The crew was fantastic. They were flexible, fast and approachable.

The driver and his crew was very informative, and they took care of my things really well. They were not in a rush to get things done.

I liked the promptness of being on time & the overall good attitude. The team worked hard, was helpful & courteous.

In the beginning there was a little disconnect about what he was going to take as far as liquid items. He wouldn't take my dish washing liquid and perfumes, at first but we resolved it.

Everything went according to schedule and as planned. They said this is the plan and this is the schedule and it was followed to the T.

The reason it was not a 5 was b/c the guy that packed was great, but I asked that they pay special attention to the sofa. They wrapped the top & arms, but the feet was missing chunks out of the legs.

Allied went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, I have moved with allied 3 times, and they never let me down.

They took good care of my things. The move was timely. I had some things that needed special care. They were good at doing that.

Everything. They showed up early. The turnaround time for delivery and they took care of all the possessions we were concerned about.

The follow-through and professionalism; they were calm and steady in a very stressful situation, and they took good care of my things. They were very cooperative. I hired my own crew to pack. Your drivers are crew were excellent. The person I coordinated with was not associated with Allied. Only the driver and delivery were Allied.

I was satisfied with everything the company did. They're professional, and packed everything into the truck. They carefully put the packages into the house.

The team was very attentive, packed and unloaded well. Pat, the coordinator was extremely helpful. Ventura, the driver was great and I would recommend Allied.

Everybody was courteous, took good care of things, furniture was wrapped, moved from military, & never had a move like this & where I've never had items stolen. I would give drive & crew a 10. Packer made a box for a model ship, a special request, it fit perfectly.

Everybody I worked with was wonderful. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and took very good care of us.

The prsn that came to estimate the cost, I think his name was Randy, he was very professional. The driver was very professional as well. Those 2 factors influenced my score.

The miscommunication of delivery time. It was vacation time and we didn't get it delivered when promised. The driver and the crew was great though. They were a good crew. The only problem was miscommunication.

The time of the delivery and some issue with number on the boxes, setup of my bed. They forgot to put a piece on the bed which I had to go back and put it on my self.

I haven't heard back regarding my two couches. I haven't heard back regarding the storage of my couches. It was fantastic. The only issue was that we couldn't move the couches in. Allied was suppose to store them but they haven't called back to give me information on the storage.

Allied did what they promised to do. They called when they said. They arrived when they said. They did what they said they would do.

How professional the people were and how careful they were with getting everything done. The driver and crew was really good.

Everything they said they would do, they did. It was the same tm for loading and del. They were a great crew.

I was satisfied with the communication and the fact that they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Entire service was perfect. From start to finish the delivery was on time and that was very important to me.

The overall experience. The team was great. The rep was good at telling me what I needed. My parents said everything was nice.

The professionalism and the fact that it was no surprises as far as pricing. I also requested for my furniture to go into storage for two months, I only need it for a month. They brought it to me.

I've used them before and I continue to request them. They are personable, respected my belongings, and I feel comfortable w/ them.

I use Allied alot. This was a good move. The driver turned out to be the same driver who moved us several years ago. That move was great as well.

The driver communicated with me throughout the whole process, the delivery date was sooner than I thought and that was great, the overall experience was great.

Everybody was nice, wonderful, & polite. I'm not satisfied w/ the local agent's crew who did half the packing. The other half was done by the driver & his crew.

They had a good rating on the internet & they were rated as one of the best moving companies & their price was most competitive.

Everyone was great to work with, my things were handled good, and the crew was confident and efficient.

I thought they were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't break anything despite having to go up and down a lot of stairs.

The overall experience was good. Everyone was top-notch, they were very efficient, they were very courteous, and they made everything look so easy.

I was pleased with the entire experience. Before I could call them they called me. The communication was excellent.

The overall professionalism of everything and how smooth the move went. I am extremely satisfied with the move.

The movers were helpful & responsive. They also made sure they confirmed the boxes before moving them. The gentlemen were professional, efficient & took care of everything.

Everything was perfect, the only glitch came with them not estimating enough. The weight went over and nothing was added to the list. Things were removed from the list and the weight was still over. The rep low balled it, he said we needed less than what we needed. He didn't have enough wardrobes. The other company said I needed 16 wardrobes and this one gave me 8. Little disappointed.

If I have the opportunity to recommend Allied Van Lines I will but I don't know if I would be able to. They did a wonderful job. 1st name that popped up in Google. Allied Van Lines did an awesome job 1st time I moved w/ them.

I would recommend Allied any time. They were nice, prompt, and did a careful job. The crew picked up at 3 different locations.

Overall service and the communication from the local office. They called every day to see if everything was ok.

Just the overall experience, from beginning to the end. It was a quite seamless move. Everything was explained clearly and everyone was professional and nice. I already have recommended Allied Van Lines.

The overall courtesy from everybody and it was a pleasure to work with them. The drivers and movers took extra care of our furniture. They also wrapped it nice. When they delivered the items they said there was a couple of boxes missing. I don't know the status of the boxes and I don't know what boxes are missing. I haven't called the company yet .

Everybody was there on time & very polite. Everybody was congenial, friendly & did what they said they would do. They were very professional & I was very happy with everyone.

It was smooth. They were done quickly, and everything made it to the new place safely. The price ended up being under what I expected.

Everything was just so clean and neat, and that's not what I'd expected. The team came exactly when they said they would. They showed me the items, and told me when I would receive them. It was easy. The crew was really amazing. I want to thank them so much.

The process was really quick and easy. The same person and crew that packed my things unpacked my belongings. These people were great to work with. That's what influenced my rating.

The professionalism, courtesy & communication. The driver constantly communicated with me. They packed & treated my items well. The driver worked w/ me to make it happen. The driver was excellent. The driver kept in touch w/ me the whole time.

We used Allied before & they have always done an excellent job but this last move was above & beyond what we have experienced in the past. I did not hear from the driver until he showed up with the crew to pack.

Basically the care that they showed on all of our house hold goods and the courtesy. They could not have been a nicer crew. They did some assembling for us during the unloading and it was excellent. Colt did the assembling of a dining room table and bed, he did a wonderful job and showed a lot of care with it.

They seemed to be very professional and they cared alot about my belongings. They were also very pleasant.

I was pleased with the care that was shown to us and our things. The reps were patient, understanding and it was a good overall experience.

Allied was easy to work with and was on time. I was contacted all the time. I have already told my friends to use Allied. Mike and the driver was great.

They were professional, appropriate, did exactly as they said, always pleasant, cooperative, and respectful.

They could meet all of the dates for the packing ad unloading, they were very flexible. This is our second time using them and this was the best move I ever had.

Everything went very smoothly and as promised. The courtesy, efficient, and skill from Tom and Chris. Both were communicative and excellent. The driver and crew was early but told me. Chris, the coordinator, was efficient, excellent, and handled everything. I will refer Allied.

Allied was very helpful and all of my questions were answered. The move was very difficult and everyone was good with that.

I think the delivery time was okay. Everything else was pretty good too. The price was good and the people were nice.

The crew was professional. The driver checked the location ahead of time. It was an overall great experience.

I feel they took very good care of my belongings during the loading of my belongings. My belongings have not been delivered yet that is going to happen today.

The attitude of the drivers here. They came on a Sunday morning and were so particular about the move. We had no issues.

I have still not received my mother's electric wheelchair which she desperately needs. One item was left on the truck, it was my mothers electric wheelchair. We still have not received it yet.

My items went to the warehouse & the price was rasied higher b/c of that. I wasn't informed about this and I am disappointed about that. Also, I wasn't informed about when it was going to be delivered

The whole company experience. The reps called and came early to deliver. Allied was responsive, quick, and took great care.

The overall move. The movers were friendly and nice to get a long with. The move was very smooth. They went above and beyond.

From start to finish they did a spectacular job, they were great to work with, on time, careful, answered all our questions.

This was the smoothest move that could ever happen. Everything went great & I highly recommend the driver Lawrence Ormsty. They were just excellent.

They were loading two storage units not our home. We packed but they pointed out a few things that they thought wasn't packed appropriate enough so they packed them over for us.

Ronny, Sabrina, Larry and Mike/Larry did an outstanding job and was professional. They made two trips, in which they could of saved themselves their time and only did one trip.

The professionalism, the respect and courtesy. Everyone I dealt w/ from Allied Van Lines really cared. It was stressful but they assured me everything would go fine and it did. The driver and his crew was superb When I plan on moving I will request that driver.

Communication and courtesy of the movers involved in the move from California to Maryland. I would recommend Allied to everyone I know.

Our driver was very professional. He arrived a day early and called me. He figured out where he was going to deliver since it was a construction area. It was pleasant and a pleasure to work with him.

I rated a ten b/c of the overall from start to finish. From the first contact to the driver's excellent service and accommodating my quick delivery date needed. I live in a remote area and only the driver and I unloaded. There wasn't a crew on the del. I give the driver excellent marks for all of his help and for the excellent customer service.

The overall process was very good. My mother had used Allied for an out of state move so there was no doubt that I would also use them. Allied has a very good reputation.

The crew that was here was polite and helpful. They moved items twice and took care of allowing enough room to move. They were courteous.

It was an easy experience. Everything went smoothly, they are very professional and careful with our stuff. This is the second time we used them.

The driver was amazing. I was stunned b/c he movedthe heavy furniture by himself when delivering ourbelongings. Everyone was very cooperative, helpfuland polite. It was a positive move. I think Allied should have not made one driver unload my furniture and load into my garage by himself. We were ready to help him but he refused & did it alone. It was sent threw the worst road ever.

Jen did a lot of work and got me organized, she gave me a lot of updates for my load. Chelsea was the middle person who checked on everything, Tim the driver and crew was good. Tony was very good. There was a gouge in the wall during delivery and they are working on compensation or fixed. I have not heard from them yet.

The fact that the driver did what he said he would do & was very careful. Everything was done as promised. I would like to have posted to the Twitter or Facebook page, but my computer is still in the box.

The driver was really great and very helpful and professional. Merrill was all around great friendly w/a pleasant attitude. I would ask for him personally again if I was going to move again.

I was very nervous about hiring a third party company but it was affordable, communication was great and the driver was great. The whole experience was great.

My prior move with Allied was a disaster but this one there's a complete difference. If I knew I would have the same agent I would recommend but if it was another agent I would not trust them.

I had a previously very good experience and I had excellent coordination. I had to be flexible with the day because of the weather the driver was flexible.

They were polite and very helpful. I had to move because my mom was really sick and I was stressed out. I felt like they went out of their way. They understood that I was stressed. They were quick.
