We had bad circumstances. It was pouring rain and the day before Christmas eve. They made sure nothing got wet and had positive attitudes. I couldn't ask for more.

They did the job well. They were quick. They kept me informed about the move. The movers who made the del were fast. They worked well in spite of the heat.

The loading and unloading were fine. But, between the two, it looked as if someone was tossing things around.

This was the best experience I had with them. Elaine who was my contact was professional. I received the furniture really fast and I would highly recommend your company. It was painless.

The pick up and the communication was good. Since my goods have not been delivered yet, I can only provide an 8 rating. My goods were moved to storage. No delivery date has been set.

From the beginning to end they were efficient. It was mostly the crew, they were just super, and worked really hard. They asked me where things needed to go and they would place it there.

I'm pleased with the overall process. They were polite, thoughtful & respectful. They treated my 96 year old mom, well. I had a bad experience with Allied 20 years go. This move was much better.

Everyone was very professional and nice. Everything about the move went well. I had a contract and was all set to move with a different company and at the last minute that company told me they didn't have room. Allied stepped in last minute and got the move done for me.

The driver who delivered my goods was amazing. He is a thorough professional and probably one of the best drivers out there.

Everyone from Allied was wonderful and also very nice. The driver was the best and kept calling me to let me know what was going on. They were all very caring and helpful. I have been extremely satisfied with Allied Van Lines. I will never use anyone but them.

I was very happy with Allied's professional staff. The driver Phil Stewart did and excellent job and the salesperson Mr. Sosa did as well.

The overall professionalism and courtesy. They gave me more than one estimate. I felt like I was in really good hands. I felt comfortable. I would like the contact info for the driver to send him something. Bobby Tayler is the drivers name. If not could he give me a call. Allied did a great job.

The crew showed so much care for our belongings. It was a smooth process and they made sure our stuff went into the right boxes. They even gave us pointers for our hardwood flooring.

The people did a good job. They were communicative, easy to work with, and even the people who worked directly for the company did a great job.

I've never moved cross country and I was impressed with the crew, professionalism, how things were packed and followed through with everything.

I thought they were very nice and helpful. They did what they can to make it easy. The bad weather did not stop them.

Everyone I spoke to at Allied cared about my family and myself, this includes the driver, the estimator, and the coordinator.

It was so easy. They moved my things back to Chicago. Everybody was friendly. They did everything in an hour.

The whole process was quick, efficient, the movers were friendly & professional. I talked to somebody about an appliance being repaired, I called them about a week ago & a tech was supposed to call me back but I have not heard from anybody.

Interacting with the driver, the loaders, and the packers, was good and influenced my rating. They clearly cared about what they were doing, and they clearly cared about my stuff. I would definitely like to use the driver, the loaders, and the packers again. They were great.

The service and price. The driver was a little bit ahead of time. It was great because we got started early. We appreciate the promptness and efficiency of the driver.

They took great care of my items and were so wonderful. They made it a great experience. The things were mother's who has recently passed away.

The friendliness and professionalism of the crew most influenced my rating . They were careful with my belongings. Pam, the person in charge of my move, communicated well with me. I appreciated that.

I was 100% satisfied with the driver and crew. Frank was absolutely amazing, you are privileged to have him as a driver. He touched base with me and went above and beyond. I was highly impressed.

The original estimator who came out to our house presented very well. He was clear, and it was evident that the estimator had a lot of experience, was very informative, and that's what sold us.

The overall experience we had. They kept in contact, the driver was amazing, and my mother's mom was happy . Driver was wonderful and did a great job.

The professionalism of the sales person and the coordinator. They were not overly professional in our house. They were very sympathetic to my mom and could not have been nicer. Everything I asked was done and the men at mom's house were extremely helpful.

The fact that it was timely and they were friendly. They listened when I asked them about certain items that they were packing. They did what they said they were going do. They did an excellent job.

The ease of the move. The movers were great and the driver was in contact w/ me during my move. I was satisfied w/ the delivery.

The service exceeded my expectations. The team was great. The driver was fantastic, real professional, and runs a tight ship.

Everybody that I had contact with was very customer service oriented. Everyone was on time with every deadline.

They were polite and they were on time but I still have not finished unpacking, I hope everything is ok.

They did a very good job of showing up on time. They brought enough people to help load the truck. I had a scratch on one my belongings.

Just how pleasant and cooperative everybody was and how easy they made it for me. When I was calling companies to get estimates, the reason I went with you guys was the first contact was cooperative over the phone and made it very easy for me.

Allied Van Lines did everything that we expected. They were on time, courteous, they communicated well and they did everything that they suppose to done.

The level of communication in all areas most influenced my rating. The team took good care of our items and we are satisfied.

I rated a ten because of the crew that did the loading and del. They were fabulous. They were very kind, considerate, respectful and helpful. They helped reassemble some items from storage also.

It was very professional. Everything was handled as promised. It was very top-notch. And the price was as promised, as well.

The courteous the care an delivery, also the communication was excellent, an arrived on time. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Allied exceeded all my needs from beginning to end. They moved my good as if they were moving their own. The communication was good every step of the way. I was treated like I was a big corporation.

The time and the communication was good. The ppl got here and did what they were supposed to do. My things got here in good shape.

The demeanor and the helpfulness and the positivity of the drivers on both ends. The people who loaded and those who unloaded.

The driver did everything. He took things out of our hands, packed very well and handled the merchandise very well. The del was made to a storage building. The manager of the building told me they handled the furniture as well as they would handle their mother's furniture.

The crew and the follow through. Everyone contacted me and they explained everything and went through everything with me as they packed. It was a great experience.

I used Allied Van Lines four years ago, and I had tremendous service, so I decided to call them back.

The way they handled the move from the beginning to the end. Everybody was professional, efficient, polite, and did a good job.

They were just great from start to finish, especially Chris, who was our 1st contact. He was absolutely wonderful. He didn't know that we didn't have texting so it was under unusual circumstances. They came through a snow storm and it was just terrible. I was worried about them.

I was extremely satisfied and pleased. They were efficient, accommodating, polite and very good at what they did.

They were easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions. They followed up on everything that they had promised. Everything about this move was excellent. I had 2 motorcycles that were part of this move.

It has been the easiest move I have ever done in my life. Everything has gone on time and I have had clear communications and it was easy to set up pick up and delivery days.

The overall experience was good. Most of my things made it to the destination well. There were only two small issues that are going to be taken care of.

The general attitude, Pete, Franklin, and Tree they were upbeat and such a pleasure to work with they received a large shipment and got it done in a rapid rate. There were hugh chess and they were able to unpackthem and put them where we told them to be. Pete was fantastic he communicated well with me and my sister on prior things and everything related.

The moving coordinator was very helpful. Her name was Christie. She checked in regularly. The driver & his crew did a good job. They were professional. It was effortless & comfortable for my family.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I loved that the coordinator called before the move. The driver was really nice when he came to pick up the stuff and they delivered on time & called. It was nice.

The crew that came out and the main driver. On the pick up day, they had a third party. But all six ppl they had was great.

From start to finish they did a spectacular job, they were great to work with, on time, careful, answered all our questions.

Well everything went very smoothly. The movers were very careful and professional but moved very quickly. It was a good experience. The driver and his crew did big and fragil things and they did great with that.

The driver James he was very pleasant, professional and he did a great job at coaching the crew on how to load the truck. I never knew that moving was a art and they did a great job.

They packed up all my things in under 3 hours. They delivered my goods the day I arrived to my apartment. Everything went smoothly. Overall they were excellent.

We have move with them 5 times. This was the best move yet. It was a great experience. The packer crew, loading crew, and the driver were great. It was the entire move.

I have moved 6 times with 4 different companies and this the best experience. The driver was excellent.

The courtesy and the respect shown during the whole process. One packer didn't use much care during the packing process.

The drivers and movers were great people and took good care. They made the experience great but the inventory of my items was not accounted for. I won't know until I unpack.

I had a good experience. Bob, the master mover, was very careful and communicative. Mary, at the storage facility, was very nice.

I was extremely satisfied with everything. The driver and crew should get a 7 because they had to carry my belongings about 150 yards across the driveway.

Overall, the delivery and loading was done on time. I didn't have to wait and it was handled well and everything is here. It was a good move.

I felt Allied did what they promised. The driver and crew were good and they were on time. Someone recorded that my car was loaded on a carrier already. I called and confirmed this was mistaken. Getting my belongings here I rate a 5. We wanted our car moved also, but there wasn't enough room. The car was loaded on another carrier and I should get it by the 31st. I called Allied about that.

Everything came out just fine. They did what they said they were going to do. Everything that was promised was delivered.

The care of which we were treated. We felt like we were the only customer Allied had and it was an amazing experience. The driver was great and outstanding. The crew was very professional. We would use Allied again in a heartbeat.

The confidence the driver had. He was a true professional. As good as any I have ever seen. It was in control at all times. It was the best move we have ever had and we have moved alot.

I think it was a good experience from beginning toned. The driver was excellent, from the time he start loaded up. He helped us with the loading time, he handled our stuff with care. He was excellent

Everything went flawlessly in terms of timing, care to out items, friendliness of staff & good communication. There was nothing to complain about.

Overall the great experience I had was the guy who came out and gave the estimate. The driver and crew was fabulous. The guy Steven ended up moving other family members, he was great.

I didn't have to pick up anything. My company paid for it and that is what influenced my move. Allied did a good job.

The experience has been excellent. I think this is my 4th time and the experience this time has been very good. I was informed in every time of the process. They come when they say they were coming. Before my experince was not so great, but this time it was great. They driver was opened my stuff from my stuff. The driver kept his promise and kept to the quota.

It was efficient and the pick up was done in a good time. I did not have any worries. Allied took care of everything. The delivery took a little longer because there was only two people.

The driver was extremely helpful and helped me set things up in my apartment and took the time to help pack my things. Overall good experience and called to make sure we had a good time for both of us

I was most influenced on how they wrapped every single item. Everything that was moved was antique and they wrapped it careful with tons of care.

The process was easy, quick, helpful and the company kept in touch with me with good communication skills and confirming that the time given was ok with me.

The overall experience. This is the third time I had Allied move me and I've had good experiences with all of them.

They were accessible. I was contacted by the coordinator and she was friendly, I was definitely pleased with the coordinator. They were a day late with the delivery.

They were very helpful and they paid attention to details and they did not break anything and this went on during the pick up and the delivery of my household good. I was happy with the service.

I went throught a moving company & they didn't meed to come out to talk to me, Also with the packers they left some item behind b/c they thought that I was going to use them. I placed in a box.

The move went smoothly. I did not have any problems. My load was under the weight that was given. I was told that I would get a refund. The refund takes up to 6 weeks.

The service level and the people that performed the work, especially the guys who delivered it. They really had to work hard.
