Allied did an excellent job on everything, especially the crew. The crew couldn't set up 2 pieces of furn because it was too big to get into the house but that was not their fault. Price was good.

I got an estimate onsite. Allied was organized and followed through. My pick up and delivery was on time. The packers took care with wrapping my furniture. The movers didn't waste any time. Allied owes me a refund of $600. I won't say Allied is a 10 until I recv my refund.

The fact that I move was a complicated move and we were basically homeless and they gave us a temporarily place to stay and they put our boxes in storage. There were in outside contract who came and packed up our TV's and they tried to charge us over to take down there mirror.

The local rep who came to our house: his reputation preceded him. I got his name from a real estate agent, and he lived up to my expectations and paid attention to details and our needs. Our contractor wasn't ready and took full responsibility to rearrange things and the driver/crew accommodated and it was wonderful. A 3rd party was supposed to uncrate, but we haven't heard back.

I think b/c in this day and age of computers sometimes communication gets lost and it didn't get lost. Everything I wanted they did. Everyone was respctful, professional and did an excellent job.
