Make sure your decision is backed by a good amount of research prior to signing any paperwork.

  2. Letting Excitement Take Control

    We’re not saying that being excited is wrong. On the contrary; it’s absolutely a time for you to be full of all types of emotions, excitement definitely being one of them. However, it’s important to remain as grounded as possible throughout the process and not focus solely on the new and interesting job, location, people, etc. It’s important to also keep in mind the things that you’re leaving behind (friends, family, comfort zone) to keep things in perspective.
