It took them 2 full days to pack and another half day to load it, took a day to unload and they were very helpful.
I liked the way everything was handled & we were kept in contact through everything. The coordinator, Nora, stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The driver was fine but I was not happy with the helper. The helper did not want to be there, no personality & was the complete opposite of driver.
They did a thorough job, they worked hard and it was a 10 hour drive for the drivers. I was extremely satisfied with the move, and packing.
I received excellent service from the first time I called all the way to the drop off of my goods I was very pleased.
I was very satisfied how everything went. We are missing a big box of tools. We have an air compressor and chair that isn't ours. We are missing a box.
It was a great experience. I liked the move was well organized when they were coming, leaving & what was expected to happen.
They were a day late delivering because the truck broke down. We have still not been able to find our silverware.
The attitude of the staff and care of my possessions. Punctuality and communication. I received all emails at the right time, brief, accurate and thorough. Hirschak was amazing. The local crew was very respectful and took very good care of our items.
The overall packing, loading and the end results of the move I was most satis with. I would highly recommend Allied.
The driver and crew that did the packing and unpacking were extremely good and pleasant to work with.
No comment. They were great, but they used a lot of paper to wrap small things like forks and spoons. They need to recycle.
