The city has been growing by leaps and bounds over the past few years, showing clearly that this is a city that many new residents are eager to call home.

Grand Junction has a rustic, small-town feel to it. According to a 2012 U.S. Census estimate, there are nearly 60,000 residents living in Grand Junction, and more than 20 percent of them are children, making the area a family-friendly community. The city's population has skyrocketed in the past decade, increasing by more than 42 percent from 2000 to 2012.

What our customers say

Allied Van Lines

The reason it was not a 5 was b/c the guy that packed was great, but I asked that they pay special attention to the sofa. They wrapped the top & arms, but the feet was missing chunks out of the legs.

Allied Van Lines

They did what they were supposed. Compass moving and storage didn't really communicate with me. I was in the dark. I would call leave messages, and didn't get a call back. Overall, I was satisfied.

The move was great, but I had one concern with the miscommunication of Allied and local agent's crew. It was some dispute with my loading with the local agent and Allied.

THEY WERE ON TIME. AND THEY DELIVERED ON TIME. THAT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. THE MOVER, THE TRUCK DRIVER, JD, WAS VERY GOOD.HE'S FROM FORT COLLINS, COLO. THE COORDINATOR WAS TED ANDERSON FROM BAILEY'S MOVING CO.

The only thing that I don't like is that my items have to go into storage, but it was fine for this move.

Allied Van Lines

The main reason I chose Allied was b/c of the estimator & guy who came to the house to explain everything about it. I compliment Baileys Moving & Storage out of Grand Junction Collardo. It was good. Nothing was broken & the crew worked very good.

Mark K  of  Grand Junction, CO 5 Rating:

The coordination and communication during the move was good and this was the first time I have used Allied and I had a great experience.

Allied Van Lines

The conduct and professionalism of all of the crew. The local agent's crew was great. They even unpacked some things for me. They were very helpful . He fixed a crack in the track for the drawer & put it back together. They were very flexible.

William M  of  Pueblo, CO 4.8 Rating:

Just a few miscommunications with the office; but I never had any issues with the driver. Nothing major though. I had to have things taken to a storage unit, and it was very muddy there, but they did great getting everything in. They did nice.
