The service was friendly. I was always informed about the status of when and where the driver was located. Everybody did a very good job. Allied was very prompt. The price was higher than I thought it would be but it was worth it. I am very satisfied withthe move. 0 The professionalism of the crews, they were very cooperative w/ our needs % worked very closely w/ us. They really helped us out. I felt like Allied really cared about me and my items. Also, Allied did everything they could to accommodate me. I didn't have any problems. Everything was wonderful. During the move it was raining and the crew was very very careful. They put down padding to make sure they didn't track up the carpet. My neighbor had used Allied Van Lines previously. I called the same representative who had helped my neighbor for my own move. George Tellman, my agent was wonderful, the driver Paul Kleinkauf was justgreat, very helpful and dependable. From the first contact of the company, to the driver, Chad, everything was as it has always been and I was very satisfied. From the beginning, the representative was on time and accurate. The packers were fast and helpful. I only had one minor problem. I was totally satisfied with both of the moves I've used Allied with. I appreciated the fact that the driver stayed the same throughout the move.
