The communication skills and customer service were excellent. The wrappingof my goods was good. Overall, the move was phenomenal. I received my delivery early. The move was breathtaking. 0 Tom the driver went above and beyond to struggle to take care of my move.He wasvery considerate of my move. They were careful loading and wonderful during the packing. I am finding a few of my items are broken, if it turns out to be something major I will be letting Allied know. Everybody from start to finish was wonderful and did a fantastic job. I have moved a lot of times and everybody here was awesome; they were well organized. The company did a great job. The overall experience was good. The packers were late. The packers was supposed to arrive at 8 am but didn't show up until 2 pm. I had to call to find out where the packers were. The packers had to come back the next day to finish. The quality of the people that came to the home, the friendliness and care of the driver and the concern that they showed. Allied was willing to help me. Allied was very careful with my furniture while moving it into the house. The driver was very informative. The driver was also very punctual inloading and unloading my items during the move. They crew was very clean, took their time, asked my opinion on where I wanted everything. They were very nice and pleasant. The service was very good. My mom was on the shipping end and said everybody was careful. The delivery was set up at a good day and time. Everything went very well.
