The communication they had with me. We had a problem and we were ableto correct it without a hassle. I was in New York and had not finished packingand they said they would assist me in any way. 55 I was satisfied with everything, the communication, the packing, and the loading and unloading. The driver was communicative. Overall, this was a good experience. Everybody did what they said they were going to do & followed through. It went very smooth. They did a really good job. Jeff our driver was very good. The unloading person was very nice also. The office to whom I paid did not tell the driver that I paid everything off. After a day and a half we got it straightened out. The movers were very nice and I would used them again. 20050927 The overall care, expertise and concern. The movers were amazing, I've never seen anything like it. I was satisfied with what the driver did for me. The driver was careful, on time and called me to inform me when my move was taking place. The Allied rep was very good and courteous. O'Brien screwed up the date and no one would take the responsibility. The sales rep that came to my home was very good. The crew that came from Excel was great and wonderful moving me out and in. They did what they said they would, the care with which they handled the whole move. Communication was good & they were very courteous. They did a fantastic job. It was very easy. The packers did a fantastic job. There was only 1 minor item broken. I was very pleased and the move exceeded my expectations. The crew was courteous, attentive and helpful. I would give them a reference.
