I was very impressed with the customer service from the sales person to the packers to the driver. Everyone was very informative and professional. The driver communicated very well with me throughout the move. I wasvery comfortable with the driver. The care and service from the driver and his helper who were careful with my furniture and went above and beyond my expectations by setting up the furniture. The two people that drove the truck and loaded/unloaded were great, nobody can come close to them in how they performed. The couple who did the work was great. They were the nicest people I have ever encountered. As soon as I called Allied came out and gave a quote. The driver was 5minutes early and had to use a shuttle for some of my goods. Everyone did a great job. I've been through several moves before but, this time I only had one broken item. I'm very satisfied with that. The customer service was very good and the pricing was guaranteed. I'm very satisfied. The driver was great. The driver went above and beyond t I was pleased with everyone that I dealt with. I received good service. The crew and the estimator was very helpful. The rep returned my calls and the packing and unloading workers did what they were suppose to do. They did a good job. The rep that worked with us and the driver that coordinated the loading. Everything went very smoothly. The overall move went very smooth and according toschedule and there were no pressure. I was concerned about our motorcycles but Allied followed through.
