SIRVA Acquires Leading Specialty Relocation Services Company
CHICAGO, March 2, 2004 – SIRVA, Inc., (NYSE: SIR), a global relocation services provider, has acquired specialty relocation services company Relocation Dynamics Inc. (RDI) as part of its ongoing effort to enhance its global relocation services offering. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition follows SIRVA’s recent purchase of PRS Europe, one of the largest relocation services providers in Europe.

RDI, based in Bridgewater, N.J., specializes in home sales and works with a number of well-known, multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson. In business for more than 10 years, RDI will become part of SIRVA Relocation, a unit of SIRVA, effective immediately.
Marie Auletta Henderson, president, and Kelly Reiss, senior vice president and general manager, both of RDI, will remain with the company.
