The friendliness of the crew, the carefulness of how they handled my goods,and it was just an excellent experience. I don't know what I was expecting but it was better than I could imagine. Because the Agent who came out gave me a good price,the tm came to work and the driver told the tm to listen to me and the driver. So far the moving has gone smoothly and I like it. The crew who packed the goods was very polite,& professional. The person who received the goods has a prob because some of the goods arrived broken. The courtesy, detail, the communication, everything was as smooth as possible. I would use them again and recommend them in a heart beat. Tony Foster was superb. I thought that everybody there was very cordial, on time and met all of their commitments. We were very pleased with them. I was very pleased with the delivery team. This is the second time I used their service. The delivery team was very friendly and professional. I wrote a letter of accomodation to Allied. Allied made my move extremely painless. Allied was always on time and clear on what they would do and when they would do it. Everyone I had met before the move and after the move was great. I really enjoyed the moving process. I really thought that Allied was the best I'd ever seen. There was only one thing that was broken, and it was minor. Pretty much there were no worries on my part. Once I spoke with the representative, everything went smoothly.
