I loved my overall experience. I have nothing negative to say about myexperience. Everyone was professional and efficient. The people that I dealt with most influenced my rating. Anybody can run a truck, it is about who is running the truck and who is on the phone. We had an excellent driver. He kept in close contact with us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done. The driver watched over everything and was diligent. He did a great job. The overall move was great. I liked the fact that they were friendy, professional, and very effient . The crew that load and unloaded my items were friendly and professional. They were concerned about not breaking my items. The overall experience influenced me. Allied had very good communication. I had confidence with the service provided and a lot of things to move out. The price was very good compare to others prices. The driver and crew came when they were supposed to, called ahead of time on the day promised and was careful delivering to a third floor. A piece of wood supporting a mattress on a child's bed was damaged. I would like to be contacted about this. One cabinet was damaged. There was coordination with the driver and crew. Overall, I couldn't be upset over anything. The two individuals who packed my stuff was quick and to the point. The packers were very professional. The delivery crew was excellent. I heard alot of bad stories about this moving company. I am personally very pleased with the service that I received.
