The prices were fair. I've used Allied before and the service was outstanding and so was the service for this move. The move was what I expected and more. The overall experience, every step of the way; I changed my move date and Bonnie Branch and Rick Clayton were very helpful. The driver, loaders and unloaders were an A+. The quality of service. I was extremely satisfies with the professionalism of everyone who was involved. I was satisfied with the estimate, the people who did the packing and the marking of the packages. I had no problems what so ever. I had never used a moving company before and would use Allied again. Overall I was impressed the loading and unloading process it was efficient. Overall the whole moving process was impressive. The driver who loaded and unloaded was excellent. I've had various times in the past and they always treat my items like if it was theirs. They're names were Chris and Billy. Everything was packed nicely and nothing was broken. The driver was helpful and knew what he was doing. Everything was wrapped well. The crew was on time and courteous. 20051003 The person who gave me the quote for price was very nice. Also the crew who packed were very thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable about trusting them with my things. The customer service was excellent and the driver,Shane, is a vital asset to Allied. He made the whole experience a lot easier. The care that was shown and the move was stress free. I was informed about the process and the crews were on time. The driver was amazing.
