The service was excellent. They did such a great job. Nothing was broken or damaged. They were so cooperative with everything. The crew was on time. The crew was polite and friendly. The crew was professional. The crew did a good job. I didn't have any problems. The movers delivered the merchandise that following Monday as promised. The movers did what we asked. Everyone I dealt with was professional. The price was fair. Nobody got back to me about the price promise and the confirmation of the weight. I don't know whether any thought went into price. I just wish that there was one more person to help the crew finish the job quickly. I think that all of the service influenced my rating. It was the driver, the agent, and all the follow through. Allied Vanlines have great communications with their customers. The driver and the crew were very professional and they were on time with the loading and unloading of my goods. The crew was very courteous. Jackie, the coordinator was very nice and helped me with my problems. The driver, Lima, was very good and kept in touch with me. They were very professional, kept to what they said they were going to do, stayed in contact and were very helpful with suggestions. I was very pleased. The team was personable and did everything we asked them to. They did a wonderful job of packing and getting us there.
