SBA Salutes Success of Allied Van Lines Agent
Clemmer Moving & Storage Earns 2005 Eastern Pennsylvania Small Business of the Year Award
CHICAGO, February 25, 2005 — What began in 1904 as a single horse-drawn wagon and a dream is now a full-service, award-winning relocation company. More than 40 trucks have replaced the horse and wagon, but excellent quality and service are still top priorities for Telford, Penn.-based Clemmer Moving & Storage, Inc., an Allied Van Lines agent, that earned the 2005 Eastern Pennsylvania Small Business Administration (SBA) Family-Owned Small Business of the Year award.
The award recognizes an outstanding family-owned and operated business that has demonstrated excellence across many generations. Clemmer Moving & Storage was selected by the U.S. SBA’s Philadelphia District Office in conjunction with the Advocates for Small Business (ASB). The ASB is a non-profit organization that promotes and recognizes contributions of small businesses and advocates of the community, economy and region.
