SIRVA Announces Date of 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

CHICAGO, November 30, 2005 — SIRVA, Inc. (NYSE: SIR), a global relocation services provider, has announced that its 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, December 30, 2005, in Atlanta.

SIRVA stockholders of record at the close of business on November 14, 2005, will receive notice of the Meeting and proxy materials describing matters on which they will be entitled to vote at the Meeting. These materials were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and mailed to stockholders on or about Wednesday, November 30, 2005.
