The overall move, I have moved with the military several times and that was the best move I ever had. It came to me by recommendation! They said it was one of the best out of all the moving companies, and I found the company to be that way as well. Virgil was the driver that delivered the merchandise. Raybon was the agent I contacted. He made all the a The professionalism that I received from Allied personnel. I've done a lot of moves with other companies, and Allied was the best. Everything was outstanding. The driver was exceptional and the treatment by the slsprsn was good and everything was done as promised. I have heard horror stories about movers but my move was incredible. The driver and the crews were very professional and courteous. The Allied rep who came to our home was courteous to. The reps demonstrated very good communication down to the driver and all displayed a great attitude. The guy was outstanding in unloading and movingme in. The customer service I received influenced my rating.I liked the attention I received.I felt like they were respectful and cared for their job. The crew was on time and didn't complain about moving us out of a condo because of the narrow doors and elevators. The crew was terrific in navigating us out and into our new location. The people throughout the whole move were absolutely fantastic. Everything breakable has been unpacked and we have found nothing even chipped. I was pleased with the way the compamy handled my overall move. I was notified at the last minute that the people at the new apartment was not movingand I was helped until I got another address.
