Allied was timely, flexible, friendly, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Allied was very dedicated. The care that the movers took in wrapping things and asking where things went influenced my rating. I recently had surgery and they were extra helpful, polite , and courteous. I liked the updates. My rating was influenced because I had a short notive for a move and tight time frame for a delivery. Allied got me packed up and moved with a 7 day window, from start to finish. People I worked directly with were wonderful. However, Allied should have quickly resolved my purchase online for another bracket for my four poster bed that they lost. I still have not received it. I am not happy about Allied not moving fast enough on a The rep, driver and crew were extremely courteous,efficient and helpful. Sammy, Freddie, Larry and Bruce were wonderful. The crew was nice, polite, and very easy to work with. It was this way from the beginning until the end of my move. I was impressed with the entire move process. The driver and loaders/unloaders did a great job and worked very fast. The promptness of the service. Allied got back to me. Allied told me about the rates and I didn't even know anything about it. The entire moving experience went exactly as I thought it would,my items were not damaged and everything went smoothly. All around the communication with the agent was excellent as well as the reasonable price we received. We were very happy.
