The crew was friendly, courteous and kept me informed. I was very pleased with the manner in which the crew conducted themselves. The crew was very expedient and careful. The overall move experience was good, but not complete because I am still waiting for the for the refund for the second load process because I did notuse it. The carefulness of all the people involved is what influenced my rating. They were considerate and wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful at explaining how everything would work and the crew was on time for the loading and unloading. The service was great and I was in constant contact with the rep. The driver was also great and the driver went above and beyond to make me satisfied with the move. 20050927 I've used other moving companies in the past and Allied is the best by comparison. I am very satisfied with the service. The experience was excellent. The service was very carefully carried out and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The driver was excellent. He was a very good guy. His name was Dave McDonald and he did an excellent job. He took his time and got the truck in where it needed to be. The driver was very good about keeping me updated about the delivery time.I talked to him several times on the road and the delivery was made when it wasconvenient for me. I was very happy. 0 The delivery team was polite, on time, and efficient. The representative and driver were excellent, polite, and nice. They were also efficient.
