They were very professional and very caring aboutour needs, however our grill was damaged three wheels were broken it won't roll. The drivers were courteous and the representative that I spoke with toarrange the move was very professional. I had heard on television about the moving company and was surprised how efficient and knowledgeable the people who came to my house were. The driver Derrick Marshall was wonderful. Allied was really committed to the move, they showed up on time, was courteous & professional, and asked questions if they didn't know something. The service was good and the people was nice. The most important thing wasthat they didn't damage my goods. The crews who packed and unloaded were hard working polite and professional. Nothing was broken. The crews did a great job. I was very unhappy with the packing crew. The crew didn't want to pack my booksso I had to pack them all by myself. I received very good customer service from my representative and the driver. However, I was very unhappy with th I would recommend Allied because the whole crew was informative, polite, courteous and did an overall good job. The loaders were very careful with my items and they were very respectful.The loaders were very good. I had never moved from one state to another before and Allied Van Lines walked me through everything. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process.
