This is the first time I had a long distance move and I was nervous about it. Everyone from the rep that visited my home to the very last person was wonderful. I haven't moved a long distance before and I was so nervous and starting from the rep that firs I have used Allied Van Lines in the past time when I moved. I am supposed to be getting a rebate pretty soon. I was really happy with the crew, they were very polite and friendly. I was reall pleased with the overall move. Everything that was promised to me by the representative came true, the drivers were professional, and did exactly what was supposed to be done. The team was on time and provided alot of information. They loaded me in one day when it was scheduled for two and they also were quick in unloading. I had a wonderful experience. The driver and the crew did not put one scratch on the wall and nothing wasdamaged. The people who did the packing could have labeled items more accurately. The packers were really good. The driver and his crew were outstanding. We recommended Allied to 2 people. Allied far exceeded our expectations. They were great people to work with and were very courteous. The professionalism. The crew was fabulous, they made everything seemeffortless. They also made the delivery real smooth and took the stress out of the whole moving process. The driver was courteous and professional. The driver did everything that I expected and anything that I asked. The driver went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied. The delivery team from the beginning to the follow-up was extremely satisfying. I had no problems with the company.
