I have used Allied Van Lines in the past time when I moved. I am supposed to be getting a rebate pretty soon. I couldn't have asked for anything to be better. I would use the crewagain. The move was outstanding. Everyone at Allied was perfect, from the start of the move to the finish. Allied showed us great customer service. Allied was recommended to me on a high level and Ididn't realize it would be this cheap or easy to move across country. The job ethnics and the overall performance was fantastic! Sam the driver did an exceptional job. The crew that Sam put together also did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the service. I was satisfied with the professionalism of Allied Van Lines, and I was really satisfied with the unloading crew. I like the communication. The driver was always communicating with me. The driver was on time and promised when they would be here. The crew unloaded, put the items where we wanted and profession. The professionalism of the driver as well as the loading and delivery crews. Also the professionalism of the salesperson. Rich Saxenburg, my agent, was honest and forthright. Dan the mover wasefficient, timely and I would recommend them highly. They where gracious and accommodating. The overall experience of the move to the rep, to the rep's in the office, to the driver and crew. The del tm was fantastic.
