One of the doors of the coffee table was broken. The delivery men were polite and handled everything carefully. I pleased with the move because everything went smoothly. I think thatthe company should explain the insurance for the goods a little better then they did. The professionalism. The crew was fabulous, they made everything seemeffortless. They also made the delivery real smooth and took the stress out of the whole moving process. The team was professional and the way the whole move was handled. We have moved a total of five times in our life and this is by far the best move. The rep was thorough and the driver was kind and courteous. I tried to contact the manager to let them know how good the crew was. They did everything on time and were courteous, kept us informed and did everything they were supposed to do. The overall experience influenced me. Allied had very good communication. I had confidence with the service provided and a lot of things to move out. The price was very good compare to others prices. Allied was recommended to me on a high level and Ididn't realize it would be this cheap or easy to move across country. My rating was influenced by the professionalism, care and concern thatwas given by the driver and crew. I told them there would be a hill. They said they were experienced and they would figure it out when they got there. It was the business response I wanted to hear.
