The sales person who came to my home and estimated the cost and overall the driver and crew who did the packing and unpacking. The driver did everything just great, no complaints, everything arrived as it left. This was a verygood move for me. Ray the driver was veryprofessional & excellent in executing the move. Definitely the group that I worked with was extremely professional. I enjoyed working with the tm, the tm was very nice. I was satis with the quality of care the ppl showed. Also, I was satis with the professionalism of the tm. I was very nervous about the move as far as handing my items over to someone I didn't know. But, I was very satisfied when all my goods arrived in one piece. Whenever I called I wasn't rushed. I wasn't rushed off the phone and the communication was good. The Allied rep, another rep and deliver team was careful, efficient and nice. I would recommend Allied to my friends if they were moving. My move was nice. Everything went very well there were no problems and Allied came on the schedule times they were suppose to come. The team was polite and the overall move process was very good. That is what most influenced my rating. They did everything they said they would in a timely fashion. The whole arrangement was clear cut and straight foward and went exactly the way they said it would. The driver was very careful with our goods. He put padding on our furniture. He called three times cross country. He came in and had all the preparation done before the crew arrived to unload.
