I was satis with the quality of care the ppl showed. Also, I was satis with the professionalism of the tm. I was very nervous about the move as far as handing my items over to someone I didn't know. But, I was very satisfied when all my goods arrived in one piece. Whenever I called I wasn't rushed. I wasn't rushed off the phone and the communication was good. Definitely the group that I worked with was extremely professional. I enjoyed working with the tm, the tm was very nice. The driver was very careful with our goods. He put padding on our furniture. He called three times cross country. He came in and had all the preparation done before the crew arrived to unload. I was pleased with the overall move. The only thing I suggest that people do in the future is to pack the boxes to save time. Everything went very well there were no problems and Allied came on the schedule times they were suppose to come. They did everything they said they would in a timely fashion. The whole arrangement was clear cut and straight foward and went exactly the way they said it would. The price was right. The estimator was wonderful, professional, and kind. The mover was nice as well. The sales person who came to my home and estimated the cost and overall the driver and crew who did the packing and unpacking. I think the people with Allied were very courteous, prompt & very careful. I think they were a wonderful group of people.
