How good everybody was throughout the process most influenced the rating. The driver and crew was excellent. Everyone was nice and explained the process. The driver was extremely nice and was careful with my antique items. The customer service throughout the whole process and keeping me informed. The crew was polite and friendly. The overall move was very successful. The driver and crew were all professional and prompt in loading as well as unloading our belongings. The guys who came and unloaded the goods were awesome. They went from roomto room and asked if we liked the way things were arranged. They also pointed out the damaged things to us. The delivery personnel was very polite during the move, and the delivery personnel also cared about my things during the move. I didn't have any problem with the moving process, the crews were on time, and it was just an overall good experience. They were very good at what they did. They were there on time, called a head of time, showed up to unload the furniture when they said they would be here. I have one complaint about the packing. My biggest complaint was I couldn't find our bedding. Some o The driver arrived and dropped off my goods as promised. There were one or two items left behind but Allied said the items would be shipped to me. The team was hardworking, very nice and professional. The move was so easy and coordinated. I have no complaints. They were so polite.
