They were really cooperative.I had marble tops on my table.I signed a waiver that I trusted them and they made it in perfect shape.I gambled and won. I was mostly influenced by the driver and the loaders.I am completely satisfied Just happy the way it went. I'm sure it would havebeen better if we had a house to del to. Everything was satisfactory. I had contacted 2 other moving companies who would not give the spread I wanted or would not pick up. The Allied personnel was polite, nice, courteous, had excellent communication with me, were very timely with their services, and were able to give me quick responses & answers to my questions. Everything was perfect and the rates were the best in the Lawrence Kansas area. The delivery team used an additional pickup truck to unload the delivery into the driveway because it was very steep and the street was too small for the big delivery truck. The driver was courteous, knew their job and was outstanding. One of the packers mislabeled the boxes and they wound up in the wrong room. Our driver was superb. He coordinated the move, was very bright and very personable. He seemed like a business man. He was beyond our expectations and we were very impressed. During the delivery process my bike was reassembled and the wrong tire was put on my bike. When I went bike riding the tire blew. I could have hurt but I wasn't but I had to replace my tires. The customer service rep in Sparks, Nevada The driver was very professional and everything he promised he came through with. He was very considerate. My experience with the reps on the phone, the driver, and the packers were very careful with everything. Very nice, professional, prompt, and took good care of my furniture.
