I was extremely satisfied with them, the overall move, with the first contact to the end of the move, everyone was very courteous and professional. Well, the crew was really great, they were careful. Prior to this move we had never moved from state to state, and the crew was great. The driver and the driver's helpers were very careful with my furniture. Nothing was damaged and the crew was very polite. Sina did an excellent job. The people that unloaded & loaded my items was professional, careful & did an excellent job. Sina, the secretary of the Vice President of the company,did a wonderful job answering my questions. The way the crew and rep was courteous, helpful, and made the move very smooth. The rep and crew made this a good experience. We used Allied before and we were happy with them then. My husband and I knew that Allied would do a good job. The general responsiveness from the person who evaluated the move. The drivers were good and everyone involved was great. I rated a ten because of the good personal service I received,and my situation was handled very well. The courtesy of the personnel involved. The rep that came out was professional. The professionalism of the driver that did the move alone. They were very professional, kept to what they said they were going to do, stayed in contact and were very helpful with suggestions. I was very pleased.
