The driver and the Allied contact person were very helpful. The driverwas great and kept us informed throughout the move. I have moved seven times and by far this was the best move.Nothing wasdamaged and I had no surprises. I've never used a moving company before. The move was convenient, efficient and fantastic. The crew was great. Louis the driver was excellent and his moving team was the best moving team I've seen since my dad had his own moving company. The driver was fantastic and worked well w/ the inexperienced crew members. The driver was a teacherall the way. The crew that packed things up and moved things in. Overall I was verysatisfied with them. I was not satisfied with the Moving Specialty Services. We have moved my mother many times. There was a couple of items that had to go to storage and when we got them back they were in very good shape. Allied reacted on short notice, del in a reasonable amount of time and helped me out. The crew moved my TV and it was not a part of the del items. I didn't know when the del would be, but I wasn't in a rush. The overall service. There was minor damage to a couple of pieces of furniture. It was nothing the driver did. I called and they said they would send someone out to look at it. I am satisfied with that. The driver and crew were respectful, kind, great with our kids, and extremely cautious with our belongings.
