The agent Sheila Waldrop in Little Rock, Arkansas I would give her the highest rating. The agent was professional, pleasant and efficient. The agent was responsive. The moving agent was really good and the driver Ralph Tatinau wa Allied did a good job overall. Allied was very punctual and on time for loading and unloading. I was satisfied with the service I received. The delivery team was on time, was nice and didn't mind doing the extra work that I asked to be done. The movers were on time, careful and did everything that was said would be done. I was pleased with the move, I was satisfied. I was satisfied with the contact person by the name of Sherry Saddler and the delivery person by the name of Mr. Lee. The delivery team was very prompt. The delivery was the best. The crewpick up the items early and delivery the items early also. My wife and I has had previous experiences with Allied and it's just that everybody involved has a good attitude about getting our things packed, delivered and making sure that everything okay. The local delivery crew was careful with everything, the communicationwas great. Everything was excellent. I would like to say thank you again. We felt like Allied Van Lines estimate was fair out of all the other company's we got estimates from. The packers, unpackers and driver. They always communicated with us. They were prompt and careful with the packing.
