The personal service of the crew that del the goods and the person I spoke withlocally was wonderful. The driver, Bruce, was very nice. I was satisfied with the overall professionalism. Allied was very goodin keeping us informed of what was going on. The whole process, everybody was so friendly and careful. I was kept notified of the whole process. Everybody in the office was so nice, it was a stressful time and there was a great ease provided. The owner of the franchise of Allied had two movers of a local facilty be there to get my items for me because I was not available at the time.I think that is good example of customer service.
