Everything about the move was good. The rep who coordinate my move, the driver and crew. I just did not like the rep sending one person to pack my items. There should had been two people. Much fast. My special request was handled very carefully. I was constantly kept abreast of the whole moving process and everything went according to plan. It was great. The crew was very courteous, were prompt, got in and got out. It was only 2 people and they did a great job. The whole move was beyond great. The driver and crew in Green Bay and here were beautiful. They even made the trip a second time. I had two broken items. Everything was done on time. The people cooperated. My things were packed and they arrived at the destination. The crew was very timely, sensitive and extremely organized. The crew made sure I got every single box. My rating was influenced because of the overall care the way the crew loaded and unloaded my goods. The crew was very efficient. The crew was extremely friendly and professinal. The crew was experienced. The crew was the same from beginning to the end. The whole process, everybody was so friendly and careful. I was kept notified of the whole process.
