My rating was influenced by the driver and crew being friendly and careful with my items. I'm completely satisfied and they did a great job. The customer service side followed through and they called us when they said they would. The service was prompt and friendly. The driver was in constant communication. He was where he was supposed to be every time. He supervised the loaders and unloaders. I was completely satisfied with the overall move. Everyone was friendly and co-operative. I have moved many times and Allied was the best. Allied Van Lines did everything as promised. There were some scratches and chips, but that is to be expected. Allied did what they promised and they showed up on time. The delivery was timely. One of the crew members was standing on my mattress. That was the only problem I had. The representative was right there on the day of the move with the driver and I had noticed that there were alot of quilts to protect my furniture. The team was extremely helpful. They had experience in packing and were advising me on how to do things. The crew went right to work and kept working until it was done. I went Allied because they gave me a definitive delivery date. They did a good job throughout. They were on time, professional, and did what they were supposed to do.
