The driver was extraordinary with communication, took care of my goodsand had a very positive attitude regarding the entire move. I've already recommended Allied to a friend. The customer service side followed through and they called us when they said they would. The service was prompt and friendly. My rating was influenced by the driver and crew being friendly and careful with my items. I'm completely satisfied and they did a great job. The rep called and kept us informed. The rep made sure I knew everything that was suppose to be done. The del tm explained everything we didn't know. The professionalism and manner in which the move was done was great. Everything seems to be in order. The packing went as said. They arrived on time and nloaded very quickly. It was done in one day. I was very happy about that. Allied Van Lines did everything as promised. There were some scratches and chips, but that is to be expected. Allied did what they promised and they showed up on time. The 2 del. tm from Michigan City, Indiana, I was completely satisfied with.They picked up 2 del. tm members from Springfield that were not that good. It would have a disaster if not for first two. The professionalism of the driv Don did everything from packing, to loading, to driving. Don was very friendly and did a top notch job. Allied Van Lines was responsive to customer service and Allied Van Lines met the move time that I needed.
