The rep that worked with us and the driver that coordinated the loading. Everything went very smoothly. The crew was very professional and there were easy to work with and there was a lot of follow up calls from the dispatcher making sure everything went through smoothly. The representatives in Florida went beyond what they had to do. It was an empty house and required a lot of cell phone calls. Allied's representatives were polite and helpful. Joe, the driver, is a very good person and very professional. John Platt kept us very much informedthrought out the move. There was very little damage done, but every was perfect. Everything went smoothly,did what they said they would do,and were considerate of the small children. The movers were very professional and careful. Allied did what was promised. This was a good experience. The girl that initially came out to do the estimate and the fact that Allied was local. The packers, driver, & the reps from Minnesota and Florida called. The whole moving experience was great. Nothing was broken. The communication was excellent and everything was on time. Service from the loaders and unloaders. Also all the people that I worked with. It was all excellent. It's the first time I've ever used Allied, but everything was very professional and I felt that I was well taken care of.
